1. Returns & Exchanges
1.1. Change of Mind Returns
All sales are final. Warehousing Clearance Centre specialises in selling second-hand and surplus warehouse materials. Due to the nature of our stock, we do not accept returns or exchanges post-purchase. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these conditions.
We also do not offer refunds or compensation for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or unsuitable products. Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review product specifications and confirm suitability before purchasing.
We encourage customers to visit our showroom to view stock in person if they are unsure. Our team is happy to answer any questions and help you find the best option for your setup.
1.2. Order Cancellations
If cancellation occurs before the order has been packed, no restocking fee will apply. For cancellations after packing but before delivery, a 5% restocking fee will apply.
Important Note: All stock is sold “as-is,” with varying wear consistent with second-hand materials. Photographs, descriptions, and dimensions are provided to the best of our ability, but minor imperfections may exist.
2. Warranty
Given that all products are pre-owned:
- No warranty is provided on used materials, including pallet racking, shelving, boards, and accessories.
- Warehousing Clearance Centre may assess defective or unsafe items on a case-by-case basis, and replacement or repair will be arranged at our discretion following inspection.
3. Damaged or Defective Materials
- Transit Damage: Warehousing Clearance Centre is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. Customers should inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt and note any issues with the carrier. Signing the Proof of Delivery (POD) confirms acceptance of goods in the condition delivered.
- Post-Purchase Damage: We are not liable for any damage occurring after the customer has taken possession of the materials.
